SEXKLIK is an online advertising directory where independent advertisers and agencies can publish profiles. SEXKLIK is not a party to agreements, communications or transactions between users and advertisers and does not provide the services described in listings.
2. Age requirement and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering agreements to use the website. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SEXKLIK and any contact with an advertiser is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Listings and profile information
Profile content is supplied by advertisers. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that information, images, prices, availability and other material are accurate, lawful and do not infringe third-party rights. SEXKLIK may review, reject, hide or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
4. Contact, agreements and payments
All contact and agreements are made directly between the user and the advertiser. Always check profile information and verification status. Do not send money in advance unless identity, photos and the terms of the agreement have been sufficiently confirmed. SEXKLIK is not responsible for payments, cancellations, disputes or losses between the parties.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the website for unlawful, misleading, threatening or abusive purposes. In particular, you must not:
- publish content without the necessary rights or consent;
- impersonate another person or provide materially false information;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls or technical restrictions;
- collect data automatically, send spam or disrupt the website;
- publish material involving minors or other unlawful content.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, logo, software and editorial content belong to SEXKLIK or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior permission. Advertisers remain responsible for and retain their rights in uploaded material.

To the extent permitted by law, SEXKLIK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or losses arising from agreements between users and advertisers.
